Harry’s Easter
My favourite pastime has to be travelling, this week happened to be in a Wheelbarrow, which I would happily be pushed around in for hours.
As you can see I was lucky enough for this to happen this week, due to the Boss having her Grandson Evan to stay for the week. He spends a lot of time with me and makes the Wheelbarrow nice and cosy with straw.
Midfields Granola was closed over Easter so no Cooks for me to annoy and listen to. The Grandchildren came to stay and had an Easter Egg hunt, they didn’t give me any and I don’t know if I like eggs anyway.
As I like a lot of company, I spend my time joining the cooks on their breaks , they sit in the fresh air outside of Midfields Granola Kitchen, this week it seems they made a lot of Wheat Free Granola and Original Granola. Then on Wednesday, they baked over a thousand Cookies for the Hotels. This usually happens on a Friday but EDF Energy decided to mend the electricity poles or something like that, no power, no work can be done!
The Boss decided to do the delivering instead as there was no power and took Lin the Supervisor with her. Apparently they have created a new Granola with Pecans and Coconut, Wheat Free and baked in a little Honey and West Country Rapeseed Oil. They decided to take this out to the Shops while delivering to see if they would stock the Coconut and Pecan Granola. I will hear on Tuesday how the day went, of course they could take me with them as I like travelling but they do not think this is a very good idea!! I wonder why?
